• Organization, Position, Research area

• Education level

• Email address

We require this data for the following purposes:

• Analysis of the community structure

• Adaptation of educational offerings

• Providing information about new offers and events from the WiNoDa Knowledge Lab

• Research purposes, including evaluation of our programs and the development of new knowledge resources

Legal Basis:

The processing of your personal data is carried out on the basis of your consent in accordance with Art. 6 GDPR (DSGVO).

The data will be shared and processed exclusively within the WiNoDa Knowledge Lab consortium with the following partner institutions:

• Museum für Naturkunde Berlin

• German Archaeological Institute

• GFBio – German Society for Biological Data e.V.

• Networking and Competence Center Open Access Brandenburg

• Common Library Network (GBV) Headquarters

• Zuse Institute Berlin

The data will not be transferred to a third country outside the scope of the GDPR.

The data will not be used for automated decision-making or profiling.

The processing and storage of the data takes place on the servers of the Museum für Naturkunde, in strict compliance with the applicable data protection regulations.

The data will be stored for the following period and then deleted: 5 years.

The use of the data is strictly limited to the purposes stated. Should the data be processed for any purpose other than those specified, we will inform you in advance and obtain your consent.

Data Subject Rights:

You have the right to revoke your consent at any time with future effect. The lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to the revocation remains unaffected.

Upon request, you may obtain detailed information about the data stored about you at the address listed below. You may also request the transfer of your data.

You may request the correction, deletion, or restriction of the processing of the collected data, if necessary.
