Quo vadis open science in Berlin and Brandenburg
November 20 @ 14:00 - 16:00
Join us for the fourth edition of the online event series “Quo vadis open science in Berlin and Brandenburg”! Together with the Brandenburg Open Access Networking and Competence Center, we pose a quintessential question for applying Open Science practices to object-centered research: How can we effectively make Open Access work not only for formal text publications such as research articles but also for research data, digitized collections and objects, as well as multimedia resources?
In an open discussion on “Open Access to Non-textual Content”, we will explore blind spots and challenges in the Open Access field.
Get ready for enlightening insights from our experts: Friederike Kramer (University Library of the University of the Arts Berlin), Ben Kaden (Open Access Brandenburg / WiNoDa), and Melanie Seltmann (QUADRIGA).
The event will be moderated by Sophie Kobialka (WiNoDa).
The discussion will be in German.
Save the date for 20th November, from 2 PM to 4 PM and please register here.
