Who answers the questions?
The messages are received by our helpdesk team consisting of biologists and data stewards. If necessary, they will forward the questions to appropriate experts within the WiNoDa network. Additionally, we maintain close collaboration with the NFDI4Biodiversity helpdesk to ensure the best possible support.
